At Welcome Skate Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup and gear. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; decks must remain in shrink wrap and hardware must be unopened.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit back to our shop.

• 3.
  Include Documentation

  Place a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number and request for a refund or exchange inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked service to our returns department; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days of arrival.
