How long does shipping take for skate decks and hardware?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your setup sooner for a session.
Can I return a skateboard if I have already gripped it?
We can only accept returns on items in their original, resaleable condition. Once a deck has been gripped or built into a complete, it cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy items?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavier items like complete skateboards or curb wax are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna for larger purchases.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Check our size guide located on each product page. Generally, deck width depends on your shoe size and whether you prefer technical street skating or transition.
Will my order come with free griptape?
Most individual decks include a sheet of standard black griptape at no extra cost. Premium or graphic griptape can be purchased separately.
